Job Summary:
Open 24hrs, three shifts available.
The Lead at Arcade Time Entertainment supports the Floor Manager in overseeing daily
operations, acting as a key point of contact for staff and guests. This role bridges the
gap between front-line team members and management, ensuring smooth
communication, efficient workflows, and exceptional guest experiences. The Lead is
hands-on during their shift—actively working alongside the team while providing
direction, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining operational standards in our 24/7
“Play – Win – Eat – Drink” environment.
Responsibilities:
Support the Floor Manager in overseeing day-to-day arcade, bowling, bar, and
dining operations.
Serve as the go-to contact for staff during shifts, answering questions, providing
guidance, and escalating issues as needed.
Assist in assigning team members to stations and ensuring proper coverage
throughout the venue.
Monitor guest service standards, stepping in to resolve minor issues and
ensuring a positive experience.
Coordinate with F&B, Events, and Technical teams to ensure seamless
operations across all areas.
Perform operational tasks alongside staff (e.g., assisting with guest check-ins,
serving food, restocking, cleaning high-traffic areas).
Help maintain venue cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand
presentation standards.
Support new hire onboarding by demonstrating proper procedures and
reinforcing training.
Communicate shift updates, guest feedback, and operational concerns to
management.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Step into a supervisory role in the absence of a Floor Manager, ensuring smooth
operations until leadership is present.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead position within hospitality,
entertainment, or retail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Guest-focused mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling preferred.
Comfortable working in a high-energy, guest-facing environment.
Availability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7
operation.
Work Schedule:
Full-time or part-time position within a 24/7 operational schedule. Shifts include days,
evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, with scheduling flexibility based on
business needs.
