Duties & Requirements:
· Serves Guests with an outgoing, sincere, and willing attitude in an effort to create STAR experiences.
· Possesses the ability to play and explain each game to Guests as needed.
· Cleans and organizes the arcade or facility as assigned.
· Serves as a Greeter, Floater or Redemption employee as scheduled.
Greeter:
- Stands at the door and proactively greets every Guest when they arrive.
- Thoroughly explains specials and overall experience.
- Assists Guests with kiosk use
Floater:
- Walks the game floor to ensure there are no Guest issues.
- Proactively approaches Guests on the game floor.
- Plays games, offers card refills, and provides other miscellaneous services to Guests.
Redemption:
- Converts Guests’ tickets into prizes.
- Combines cards, handles cash transactions, and completes other miscellaneous POS services for Guests.
- Assists Guests in prize selection.
- Ensures that redemption area is kept in an orderly and visually pleasing manner
- Team Member may be required to perform other duties

Requirements:
· Minimum of 16 years of age.
· Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
· Flexibility to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
· Able to tolerate a fast-paced, hectic environment
· Able to lift up to 20 pounds
