As an Arcade Superstar, you'll be at the heart of the fun, delivering exceptional Guest experiences with enthusiasm, personality, and genuine hospitality. You'll become the go-to expert for our games, helping Guests of all ages discover new favorites, celebrate big wins, and create memories they'll never forget.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serves as a Greeter, Floater, or Redemption employee as scheduled.
- Greeter:
- Jumps into action as the Chief Greeter, welcoming each Guest with a burst of enthusiasm as they step through the door.
- Dives deep into the realm of specials and experiences, painting a vivid picture of the excitement that awaits.
- Swoops in as the Kiosk Wizard, guiding Guests through the digital landscape with finesse and flair!
- Floater:
- Embarks on a quest across the game floor, vanquishing any potential Guest issues with a swift stride and a ready smile.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 16 years of age.
- Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
- Able to tolerate a fast-paced, hectic environment
- Able to lift 20 pounds
