Residential and Program Supervisor La Entrada
- This position supervises ARCA La Paloma Greenhouse Program and Residential House Manager for Corrales home. This position reports to the ICF Assistant Division Director. The Residential and Program Supervisor will oversee the general management of the Corrales home to ensure compliance with ICF/MR licensure and quality assurance standards and will oversee the daily operations, staff assignments and overall support services for individuals with intellectual, developmental and cognitive disabilities receiving services at La Paloma Greenhouse.Requires the mobility to observe, supervise, and assist individuals to carry out their daily activities. May require the ability to provide physical guidance to individuals who require assistance with walking, personal care, or other physical activities of daily living. May require the ability to lift and transfer an individual in or out of a wheelchair. May require the ability to provide physical intervention to individuals with challenging behaviors as outlined in the Mandt System. Requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.Work time is spent in the ICF/MR homes, doctors' offices, employment services locations and general office settings. Traveling to appointments, meetings, and other general outings is required. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
