Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Monitor and observe patients’ health status, including vital signs and overall condition, while maintaining detailed documentation in care plans.
- Support medication administration and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary needs and assist with cooking and meal planning.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning duties and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering social engagement and community participation.
- Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

Pay: $16.75 - $18.75 per hour
