What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Staff - II and/or Interior Designer position at ARC4 Design?
ARC 4 Design is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Architect and/or Interior Designer with 5 year's experience in design through construction documentation of Architecture and Interior Design projects. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, design expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects. The team will work on a large number of projects, primarily on mixed-use, hospitality, and multi-family residential projects. You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting, high-profile projects, collaborate with a team of passionate creatives, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in Architecture and Interior Design.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in leading the design process from concept development through construction documents, ensuring creativity, quality, and functionality.
Develop space plans, material selections, and detailed construction drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with other architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with building codes and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design (Master’s preferred).
5 years of professional Architecture and/or Interior Design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projBect types.
Advanced Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, DesignSpec and other design software.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and construction detailing.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills.
NCIDQ certification or equivalent professional credential preferred.
