The Stewardship Manager is a full-time (40 hours/week) role earning $55,000 annually
What you will do:
- Create distinctive, personalized donor cultivation touches (outreach, communication and appreciation)
- Acknowledge and process gifts, including entering them into database and generating thank you letters and any needed follow-up
- Provide assistance for Special Events including fund raisers and other agency events
- Assist with Corporate Outreach by helping the Development Committee initiatives to grow support from the corporate community
- Be responsible for financial tracking, including reports, financial reconciliations and tax credit program tracking
- Provide office administrative support to the Advancement department, including the VP of Advancement, the Director of Development, and the Assistant Director of Advancement
- Maintain the data management system, including entering donor/prospect data in Raiser’s Edge and generating reports
- Support staff in assigned project-based work
- Organize and complete a variety of non-recurring and ongoing projects assigned including special reports, spreadsheets, presentations, strategic plans, and data analysis.
- May act as liaison for vendors and ensure payment of office-related invoices

Work environment consists of a typical office setting using typical office equipment with standard business hours Monday through Friday.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in business, business administration, or related area preferred
- At least one year of office administrative experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Raiser's Edge or a similar fundraising software system strongly preferred
