We are actively seeking a Billing Clerk.As a Billing Clerk, you will gather data, calculate charges and fees, and create invoices for billing purposes. This role demonstrates excellence by providing professional billing and administrative support for Arc management.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $20.00-$22.00
Status: Full Time
Schedule: Mon- Fri 8a-4:30p

A typical day will include:
- Compiling and maintaining data for reports, submitting them according to established guidelines
- Verifying the accuracy of billing data and promptly correct any errors
- Maintaining financial records on time and as requested
- Coding and submitting department invoices, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the system.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of applied experience in human resources, accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to analyze large data sets efficiently and effectively
- High detailed with strong analytical and quantitative skills
We’d love it if you:
- Have experience using electronic case management systems.
- Are Bi-lingual English-Spanish.
