Contract Manager
Full-Time Position Available!
Requirements
Manage operations and initiate training and controls to ensure compliance with workplace safety and OSHA regulations.
Establish Contract-staffing plans to achieve quality results consistent with Monarch contract and budget agreements.
Supervise and train Contract and operations staff. Works closely with Vocational Coordinator to ensure supervisory and training supports for individuals receiving supports.
Establish and monitor operations and controls to ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal environmental regulations.
Establish and monitor operations and controls to ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal regulations for providing career services to people with developmental disabilities.
Provide training to staff for the safe operation of motor vehicles needed for Contract operations. Operate vehicles as needed or required.
Initiate systems, as needed, to manage purchasing and inventory control.
Supports the Goals and Mission of Arc of Onondaga County. Ensures that your communications and personal performance reflect the Agency's commitment to teamwork, compliance with policies and procedures and respect for individuals receiving services and staff.
Computer and office technology expertise that is required to fulfill job responsibilities and assignments.
Attends and participates in required Arc meetings, staff development and training programs.
Establishes and provides clear and legible documentation and compliance records required by Arc and other government agencies.
Provides other job-related support and services as required or assigned by management.
Education & Experience Requirements
Associate Degree in Business Management or a related area.
Two to three years of related experience.
Combination of education and experience which, in the judgement of the employer, equals above standards.
A valid NYS driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier.
