We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals for Part-Time Overnight/Sleep Shifts to provide essential supports to our residents. This is an ideal position for someone seeking predictable overnight hours and weekend work.
What You'll Do: As an overnight DSP, you will be sleeping on-site at a residential home. Your primary responsibility is to be available to check on individuals one or two times during the night, ensuring their comfort and safety. Shifts are focused on overnight support and rest.
Shift Examples:

9 p.m. - 7 a.m.

10 p.m. - 6 a.m.

Shift times may vary slightly. Weekend hours are required.
Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Base Wage: $15.00 per hour

Weekend Differential: Receive an additional $1.00 per hour for all hours worked between Friday at 3 p.m. and Monday at 6 a.m.

Medication Administration Bonus: Eligible for a $0.25/hour raise after successfully completing our medication administration training.

1st Year Evaluation Increase: After one year, you are eligible for a 3-5% increase to your base hourly rate, based on your performance evaluation.
