The Arc of Dekalb County provides day-hab and vocational services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
We are looking for highly motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for full-time, dayshift positions (M-F) at our Fort Payne location to assist individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, focusing on quality care and daily activities, day-hab and vocational services. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will also be responsible for working with a team to ensure the health & safety of the individuals we serve. Requirements:
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test
- Able to pass criminal background requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required! We will train you!!
- No High School Diploma or GED Required!
- Must have completed the 10th grade
