We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help ensure smooth communication and organization across the team. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
· Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
· Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
· Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
· Enter and review timesheets
· Assist with data entry and updating internal records
· Order supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
· Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoices, expense tracking, and receipts
· Greet visitors and assist with front desk coverage
· Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when needed
· Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1 year of administrative or office support experience (preferred)
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
