This is a full-time Architect role based on-site in Delhi, OH. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural solutions, ensuring integration with project specifications, and overseeing project implementation. Daily tasks will include preparation of architectural designs, collaboration with project teams, and managing project timelines to meet client expectations.
- Proven expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for implementation of architectural solutions
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in the construction and real estate industries is a plus
