What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Account Liasion position at Arc Hospice & Palliative Care?
Overview
The Senior Account Liasion is responsible for building and gaining relationships with referral sources to promote awareness of Arc Hospice & Palliative Care. Tgis field based role generates new business opportunities, supports referal conversions, and serves as a key representative of Arc within the community. The Liasion collaborates closely with Operational leaders to ensure alignment between referral needs and service capabilities. This is a performance based driven role on consistent outreach, education, and engagement across the assigned territory.
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree
* 2 years Sales in healthxare sales, business development. Hospice or home health experience strongly preferred
* Strong abilities in building rapport and building professional relationships quickly
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Able to pass a criminal background check
* Demonstrates a strong committment to deliveringhigh-quality, person-centered care that reflects Arc Hospice & Pallative Care's mission, values, and standards of dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.
