Contract
ARC Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support our client during the holiday season. This temporary assignment is perfect for an experienced nurse who is comfortable working overnight in a fast-paced, residential environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide overnight nursing care and health support to residents.
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the health and safety of all residents.
Requirements:
Current and valid RN license in the state of Connecticut.
Proven nursing experience, preferably in residential, school, or pediatric settings.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently during night hours.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
