- People with intellectual and developmental disabilities will be valued members of their communities, with the opportunity to realize their full potential and a future that is secure.
- Perform receptionist duties for Elba Day Habilitation and screens visitors.
- Answer phones and take messages for all staff at the Elba Day Habilitation site.
- Assists with filing in file records and medical records. Maintain archived files.
- Checks and distributes incoming mail to appropriate parties.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment and maintain inventory of such items.
- Provides secretarial support to Director, Coordinator, QA Manager and others.
- Assist with scheduling needs of the Day Habilitation program.
- High school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years’ experience as a receptionist and/or administrative assistant.
- This position requires a valid NYS driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as determined by Arc GLOW.
- Vacation time begins accruing immediately and is available to use after three months of employment
- Sick time begins accruing immediately and is available to use immediately.
