Position, Self-Determination Assistant
Bergen: Self-Direction Participant looking for 5 hours per week of Community Habilitation services to assist with community engagement, pursuit of hobbies and interests, independent living skills and more. Interested applicants should be comfortable with pets and open to flexible scheduling. This position requires the use of a personal vehicle, and may entail travel to the Brockport, Rochester and Buffalo areas. Starting rate is $28.00 per hour.
