Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Production Supervisor – Document Scanning ARC Document Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift team in executing paper-to-digital conversion projects. You’ll oversee production activities, ensure quality control, meet deadlines, and optimize labor efficiency - all while contributing to monthly profitability reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow directions from the AIM Center manager, plan and direct production activities and establish priorities for customer projects in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
- Confer with management to establish production and quality control standards and procedures.
- Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and operating or production problems.
- Revise production schedules and clarify priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems.
- Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate shift transitions with the night manager and assigned departments.
- Review production schedules and estimate employee hour requirements for job completion.
- Monitor records, and report inventory.
- Perform hands-on tasks when needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and work in a secure facility
- Team-oriented with a “can-do” attitude
