SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Trade Marketing, the Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshows, events, and showroom experiences. This role supports initiatives that enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and drive lead generation.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in tradeshow coordination, merchandising, and event execution. The ideal candidate brings fresh ideas and a proactive approach to elevating the company’s presence across tradeshows, showrooms, and training environments.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshows and events, including registration, logistics, product selection, booth setup/breakdown, and vendor coordination
- Support the Sr. Trade Marketing Manager in the execution of large-scale events (e.g., national trade shows, sales meetings)
- Manage and maintain the tradeshow and display inventory, including signage, props, table coverings, and display materials
- Oversee company showrooms and maintain the showroom calendar, ensuring showrooms are consistently organized, on-brand, and customer-ready
- Coordinate showroom merchandising, including product displays, signage updates, and overall presentation
- Support distributor showrooms by coordinating and supplying products, signage, and display materials as needed
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, including travel logistics, accommodations, and on-site support
- Create purchase requisitions and process marketing invoices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners to support trade marketing initiatives
- Contribute ideas to enhance tradeshow presence, showroom experience, and overall trade marketing strategy
- Oversee the coordination and distribution of corporate communications, ensuring email distribution lists are accurate, current, and aligned with organizational needs
- Provide general support to the marketing department as needed

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and recommendations
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and SAP or similar systems
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel to the NYC showroom at least once per month
- Ability to travel to regional events up to 15%
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or trade marketing preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
