- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
- Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- At least one year of experience providing care for people with developmental disabilities.
- You’re someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
