The ARC at Cincinnati is seeking compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents while helping create a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment.

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality resident care and assistance with daily living activities.
Answer resident call lights and respond promptly to care needs.
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Turn and reposition residents to maintain comfort and prevent skin breakdown.
Assist residents with meals while following dietary restrictions, preferences, and allergies.
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
Measure and document food and fluid intake and output.
Record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate.
Monitor residents for signs of injury, illness, or other concerns and report findings promptly.
Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other team members.
Qualifications
Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service and resident care
