Job Title: Production Electro Mechanic
Shift: 12 Hour Rotating Shift

- Support Hot End & Cold End operations with identifying and resolving mechanical and electronic issues.
- Perform repairs and assist with set up and startup of production equipment.
- Perform Preventive maintenance on production machines and lehrs.
- Support Rotary and Press Shop Mechanics with Job Changes.
- Perform maintenance repairs on secondary equipment, including lehrs and decorator machines.
- Intervene during a breakdown or power dip in the Cold End, Vap and Decorating Departments.
- Restart lehrs, single lines and maxon valves in case of power dips.
- Preheat lehr for job start-up.
- Use typical mechanic’s tools and inspection gauges.
- Use hoist, cranes, hand tools and power tools to dismantle and reassemble parts and or machines.
- Clean, inspect and diagnose equipment or part failures to determine root cause.
- Assist and train other, less experienced, co-workers when needed.
- Complete routine paperwork and computer work as required.
- Operate equipment to assure satisfactory performance.
- Keep equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Service tape machines, vision, laser, plug gauge, robots, and MSK as needed.
- Work overtime, as required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to include using basic hand tools with minor torch and welding when necessary.
- Able to start, stop and operate all equipment in the hot end & cold end.
- Able to work on ladders, scaffolds and in pits.
- Able to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot mechanical issues for all equipment in the hot end & cold end.
- Basic electrical knowledge to include understanding of PLC and VFD control equipment (220w/480w/controlled).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs.; carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work at elevated heights.
- Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment.
- Ability to climb, crouch, bend, twist, and conduct tasks within the restrictions presented in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to work overtime, oftentimes on short notice.
Salary : $27 - $30
