JOB DESCRIPTION
Aspire2B is searching for a Team Member for our Arby’s Concept. This position impacts the long-term viability of the company by welcoming the guest and growing revenue in the restaurant.
YOU WILL:
- Create a sense of community with guests.
- Inform guests of specials and/or promotions and suggested items.
- Set-up, maintain, and operate the front counter and condiment stands.
- Check guest identification to ensure age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Take food orders and accurately input into the register system.
- Resolve guest complaints and bring them to the attention of the manager.
- Adhere to SERV Safe Food and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies.
- Develop strong working relationships within the team.
