Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling.
• Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders accurately, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Manage food service customer orders efficiently while ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, including fryers, grills, ovens, and other culinary tools.
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting overall restaurant sanitation efforts to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; previous cashiering or cash register operation experience is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately; experience with retail sales transactions is advantageous.
