Duties
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Manage inventory levels through purchasing, stock replenishment, and inventory control to optimize sales opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels during each shift while managing time effectively
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial conversations confidently
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases and team members
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices and cash handling
- Demonstrated leadership in training & development initiatives along with operational management skills such as budgeting and merchandising
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in retail math and store operations
