Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience

Description
Crew members help maintain beautiful, well-kept gardens on some of the region’s most stunning private properties. This role includes both foundational garden care and assisting our senior gardeners with specialized tasks.
Candidates with truck and trailer driving experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with basic garden maintenance tasks such as weeding, watering, and mulching.
- Learning proper plant care techniques and procedures under the guidance of experienced gardeners.
- Operating and maintaining garden equipment and tools under supervision.
- Participating in seasonal cleanup activities and garden preparations.
- Providing support to senior staff members during landscape projects and installations.
- Safely transporting materials and equipment when needed — truck and trailer experience is a big plus!
- Communicating effectively with team members and following instructions diligently.
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all tasks.
Position Requirements
- Strong ornamental and Pacific Northwest weed identification skills are ideal but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical capability to bend, lift, dig, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Truck and trailer driving/backing experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to work a flexible Monday–Friday schedule. Candidates should expect longer days during peak season (May–August) and shorter days in the off-season (Nov–Feb). Overtime pay is provided when applicable.
