Your Day-to-Day in the Arbsession Warehouse
In this essential role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring products move smoothly from our vendors to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Accurate Picking: Carefully selecting products from our inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Accurate Packing: Packing orders for safe shipment.
- Accurate Receiving: Receiving inventory and putting it away in the proper location.
- Heavy Lifting: Safely lifting up to 75 pounds (with repetitive lifting of 25 pounds).
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with your teammates to maintain an efficient workflow and contribute to our positive work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Physical Stamina: Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds (25 pounds repetitively) and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy when picking and packing orders.
- Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and contributes positively to our fun, dedicated culture.
- Flexibility: You may be asked to pack boxes, receive items, clean the warehouse, and other essential tasks
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is a must for our team.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required — we're willing to train the right candidate!
