Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Full-Time opportunities for Licensed Clinicians (LICSW, LMHC) in our Partial Hospitalization Program in Franklin, MA. Our Partial Hospitalization Programs are group-based and short-term for individuals requiring a higher level of care. Our teams work to promote a group that is therapeutic, safe, and supportive. The Lead Clinician delivers direct services to clients, and may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy services; participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensures that any treatments delivered are within the scope of the therapist’s training, experience and general level of competence. This Licensed Clinician will also assist in mentoring graduate-level interns and/or supervising.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions
- Conduct intakes as well as handle both case and crisis management
- Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and other community agencies and resources

- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field from an accredited program is required (Counseling or Social Work preferred)
- LICSW or LMHC required
- Prior experience at a higher level of care such as a psych hospital, residential program, emergency room, etc.
- Must be comfortable with a fast pace work environment and handling clients in crisis
- Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills
- Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight
- Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
- Good time management skills necessary to maintain timely record keeping
- Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
- Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
