Arbortech is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Representative / Business Development professional to help grow our client base throughout The Hamptons and the East End.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales skills, local connections, and the ability to build long-term relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, and other industry professionals.
Position Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit residential and commercial properties.
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate agents, landscapers, and other referral partners.
- Promote Arbortech’s services, including:
- Lawn Care
- Plant Health Care
- Tree & Shrub Care
- Fertilization
- Disease & Insect Control
- Lawn Renovation
- Mole & Vole Control
- Follow up with potential clients and referrals.
- Schedule appointments and property visits.
- Present Arbortech services professionally.
- Work with the office and technical team to prepare proposals and close new business.
- Meet monthly sales and new-client goals.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred.
- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, property services, home services, real estate, or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable meeting clients and visiting properties.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of The Hamptons and the East End is highly preferred.
- English required; Spanish is a plus.
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience and performance.
