What You'll Do
- Provide mental health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
- Deliver individual, family, group, and crisis counseling services.
- Collaborate with school administrators, counselors, teachers, and community partners.
- Develop behavior and safety plans and coordinate referrals and discharge planning.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Participate in clinical supervision, treatment team meetings, and the outpatient on-call rotation.
- Provide education and consultation to school personnel and families.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current Montana candidate license (PCLC, SWLC, or equivalent).
- Eligible for Montana licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist and actively working toward full licensure.
- Experience providing individual, family, or group therapy.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
- Ability to travel regularly to partner schools within the Helena region.
