Key Responsibilities of the Regional Maintenance Technician:
- Oversee and assist with maintenance operations at multiple residential properties.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale maintenance and capital improvement projects.
- Perform and supervise repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems.
- Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for property improvements and preventive maintenance.
- Work closely with property managers, maintenance staff, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
- Provide support for staffing needs and off-hours emergency calls when needed (regular on-call rotation covered by property staff).
- Travel regularly throughout Western PA, with occasional trips to WV and OH properties (positions includes vehicle stipend).
- Minimum 3 years of residential maintenance experience required
- Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Ability to complete most work functions utilizing laptops and/or mobile devices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (EPA certification, trade licenses, or specialized training a plus).
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen.
