Arbors Senior Retirement Community seeks to employ a security person and light duty building services.
Position responsibility is to to maintain a secure environment for all residents and associates within building and community grounds.
Greet visitors while monitoring the inside and outside of building. Check the security of doors regularly throughout the night. Handle resident questions, emergency pull cord responses. General maitenance when needed.

Required skills and qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Previous related experience preferred
Fire safety and basic CPR/first aid training a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexible schedule, must have availability to work rotational weekends and holidays
Must enjoy working with the senior population.
