- Experience: 2 years in apartment maintenance, facilities management, or residential construction preferred.
- Communication Skills: Able to build rapport and communicate effectively with tenants and other staff.
- Adaptable to Tech: Ability to use a smartphone/tablet for work order management and company communication.
- Dependability: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a commitment to quality work.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
