Guest Care Associate -- Front Desk Agent, Part Time
Must be available for the 3pm - 11pm shift weekdays & weekends and opened to all shifts.
Arbors at Island Landing Hotel and Suites, 2809 Parkway, Pigeon Forge is owned and run by a local American team where our team members come first.
Guest Care Associate – Front Desk Agent
· Check in guest - Greet clients as they arrive, coordinating their check-ins to assigned rooms
and informing them about the hotel’s facilities, and activities.
· Input and qualify all reservations - Computer skills required.
· Handle all incoming calls.
· Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay.
· Prepare and confirm all details of guests' bills.
· Process credit card charges, cash, checks.
· Balance drawer at end of shift.
· Must be able and willing to work weekends and all holidays.
· Work with Housekeepers to provide an overall comfortable guest experience.
· Actively listen to and resolve complaints.
Skills
Computer skills - must learn and be proficient in 1 week training for our Property Management Software plus MS Word, Excel, Email.
Good writing and grammar skills.
Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
