As a Non‑Certified Nurse Aide, you’ll support residents and staff while preparing to enter our paid STNA training program—launching your healthcare career with confidence.
Position Summary
The Non‑Certified Nurse Aide provides essential support to the Nursing Department with the goal of attending and completing STNA training at the facility’s convenience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Compassion, patience, and a desire to help others
Essential Responsibilities
- Make resident beds and help maintain a comfortable living environment
- Label and organize resident clothing and belongings
- Pass meal trays and assist with basic tray setup
- Serve meals and clear dishes in the dining room
- Escort residents throughout the facility
- Assist residents as needed (based on competency)
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Strong communication with residents and families
- Willingness to learn infection control procedures
- Friendly, polite, and patient demeanor
