Description
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinatorto support utility vegetation management operations across diverse environments—from urban neighborhoods to remote areas. In this role, you will oversee field teams, enhance safety performance, and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.
You will serve as a key liaison between utility clients, internal leadership, and field crews, helping ensure vegetation management work is performed safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
What We Offer
Work is performed both independently and as part of a team, primarily in outdoor field environments with some limited office or vehicle time. Field conditions may include uneven terrain, dense vegetation, traffic exposure, wildlife, and varying weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, and humidity.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to walk extended distances (up to 10 miles per day), stand, sit, bend, kneel, climb, lift, and operate a motor vehicle for prolonged periods. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally and safely operate assigned equipment is required.

- Lead and coordinate Contract Utility Foresters
- Monitor daily operations, track assignment progress, and manage time sheets
- Support onboarding and training of new employees
- Provide ongoing field support, coaching, and guidance
- Audit completed vegetation inspections and planned work for client compliance
- Perform QA/QC reviews and implement corrective actions as needed
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client needs and inquiries
- Coordinate with leadership on client feedback, budgets, and operational planning
- Operate with the highest level of personal and public safety
- Participate in storm and emergency response as assigned
- 18 months of experience in Utility Vegetation Management
- Demonstrated leadership and project coordination skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong tree identification skills and ability to read maps
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technology systems
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or related field
- Previous employee oversight or supervisory experience
- Forester, Arboriculture, or Tree Care experience
- ISA, TRAQ, TCSP, or other vegetation management certifications
