About the RoleWe’re looking for a Leasing Associate to take ownership of leasing across a portfolio of multiple buildings. These include micro-units and workforce housing—well-located, desirable, and easy to lease.
You’ll become the face of our communities to prospective tenants and a key contributor to our growth and success.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites
- Craft compelling property narratives and develop marketing strategies
- Manage social media campaigns and online listings
- Build rapport with prospective residents and close leases
- Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the broader leasing team
- Use tools and data to track performance and improve outcomes
- 2–4 years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role
- A vehicle and an ability to drive between sites
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- A professional, can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities
- Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations
- A desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from experienced mentors
- Bonus points if you’ve used AppFolio or other leasing/PM software!
