ArborDocs is hiring a motivated Arborist Groundsperson to join our team! We are looking for hard-working individuals with a strong work ethic to perform essential ground-level tree care and firewood processing tasks. What You'll Do
- Operate equipment like wood splitters, chainsaws, and chippers.
- Perform ground pruning, trimming, and job site cleanup.
- Haul brush and wood debris to the chipper or garbage can.
- Assist the lead arborist and climbers with rigging and ground support.
- Load and unload trucks for deliveries and job sites.
- Maintain and care for equipment on non-work days.
- Assist with firewood processing and delivery.
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive Daily Pay: $160 - $180 per day based on experience.
- Guaranteed Minimum: $140 per day minimum for entry-level grounds crew.
- Weekly Pay: Get paid every Thursday.
- Professional Development: Opportunity for hands-on training to become a skilled groundsman, tree trimmer, or climber. We support your path to obtaining your SPCS License and ISA Arborist Certification.
- Consistent Work: We have work available rain or shine.
Requirements
- Driver's License: A current, valid driver's license is required.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to our office in Princeton, TX.
- Physical Stamina: Able to perform physical labor for 8-10 hours a day in various weather conditions.
- Safety-Conscious: Willing to follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, tree service, or as a laborer is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Pay: $160.00 - $180.00 per day
