We're Hiring
- Crew Leader, Climbing Arborist
What You'll Do
- Perform professional tree and shrub care, including pruning, and removals.
- Safely climb trees and use industry-approved rigging techniques (Climbing Arborist positions).
- Operate aerial lifts, chainsaws, chippers, and other tree care equipment.
- Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
What We're Looking For
- 1 years experience in tree care, specifically climbing, tree removal, and pruning.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work safely outdoors in all types of weather and physical conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- ISA Certified Arborist certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Hailey, Idaho.
