We're hiring a Founding Growth Manager to architect our demand generation engine and drive us from early enterprise traction to market leadership. You'll work directly with our CEO/co-founder to scale revenue with multi-billion dollar enterprises. Looking for a creative, data-driven growth marketer with 2 YoE who thrives in 0-to-1 environments.
What You'll Own:
- Demand generation strategy: Build comprehensive multi-channel campaigns that directly drive qualified pipeline
- Growth experimentation: Test new channels, optimize conversion funnels, and establish market leadership positioning
- End-to-end execution: From digital campaigns to enterprise events, own initiatives that move the revenue needle
- Sales enablement: Create compelling materials and support revenue operations across the full funnel
- Performance optimization: Analyze what's working, refine messaging, and scale what drives results
