Job Overview
Three small facilities located in the Wautoma and Waupaca area are are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregivers. These individuals need to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. This vital role involves delivering personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. As a Caregiver, you will play a key part in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by offering attentive, respectful, and professional care tailored to each person's unique needs. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives through dedicated caregiving.

Duties Include

• Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor residents vital signs and observe their overall condition to ensure safety and health status
• Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and compliance
• Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and individual preferences
• Support patients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory care or individuals with special needs through specialized techniques and patience
• Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices safely for patient transfers
• Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light cleaning tasks to promote a safe environment
• Document care and activities accurately in compliance
• Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive environment for residents or clients

Experience

• Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is preferred however we will train the right candidates.
