Dining Room Manager
Schedule: Wed–Sat 12 p.m.–close (between 8 pm and 9 pm) and Sun 9 a.m.–3 p.m.
Looking for Dining Room Manager for our upscale fine dining room. The Dining Room Manager oversees daily clubhouse dining operations, supervises service staff, manages reservations and floor plans, and ensures a high‑quality dining experience for residents and guests.
Requirements: High School diploma/GED; hospitality experience preferred; strong communication and problem‑solving skills; proficiency with POS systems; ability to interpret policies and follow varied instructions.
Key Duties:
- Manage daily reservations, floor plans, and staffing needs
- Coordinate with the Director of Food Service and kitchen team
- Train staff on POS and service standards
- Oversee opening/closing duties and monitor staff performance
- Enforce reservation and dress code policies
- Maintain supply levels and secure dining areas at end of day
- Support special events and private catering
- Address resident concerns and report service issues
Supervision: Leads all dining room service staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and discipline.
