Role: Kore Agent Developer
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Key Skills (Priority Order)
Hands-on Prompt Experience: 4 years
Experience in Agentic AI Platform standards and Prompt engineering
Implement IVR, voice, chat, and omnichannel bot experiences leveraging Kore.ai’s multichannel capabilities.
Build and maintain Kore.ai virtual assistants
Implement dialog flows, intents, and integrations
Integrate GenAI capabilities into conversational workflows
Develop backend services using Node.js and Python
Integrate bots with enterprise systems via REST APIs
Support deployments across environments (Dev / QA / Prod)
Troubleshoot and fix production issues
Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Prompt Engineers, QA, and BAs
Follow coding standards and delivery best practices
