Summary

• The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing the delivery of the Conversational AI Bots program.
• This role works closely with stakeholders, business SMEs, Scrum Master, Vendor POD teams, AI platform support channels, and technical teams to manage sprint planning, scope alignment, risks, dependencies, deliverables, UAT support, release readiness, and post go-live hypercare.
• The Senior Project Manager ensures delivery is executed in alignment with agreed scope, timelines, capacity, governance processes, documentation expectations, and contractual commitments.

Accountabilities

• Creates an environment in which other IT and Business teams pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, and conduct.
• Project Management, Governance, and Delivery 80%:
• Manage end-to-end project governance for the Conversational AI Bots program, release readiness, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, business SMEs, technical teams, and Vendor POD resources to align scope, priorities, sprint plans, capacity, milestones, and delivery expectations.
• Create and maintain sprint-based delivery plans, work allocation, dependency trackers, communication plans, decision logs, risks, issues, and status reporting across development, enhancement, mobile integration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Coordinate acceptance criteria, story grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, show-and-tell sessions, and required business / technical sign-offs in collaboration with internal and vendor teams.
• Track and manage dependencies related to onboarding, access, VDI, platform licenses, LLM keys, APIs, test data, backend system readiness, Cisco integration, mobile release calendar alignment, and SME availability.
• Work with solution architects, business analysts, prompt engineers, developers, test engineers, UI engineers, and mobile teams to ensure design, development, testing, integration, and defect resolution activities are progressing as planned.
• Provide regular project status updates covering sprint progress, milestone readiness, capacity utilization, key risks, open issues, UAT status, release readiness, and required decisions or escalations.
• Manage stakeholder communication and escalation across business stakeholders, Vendor, AI platform support teams, mobile teams, business SMEs, technical teams, and leadership to support timely decisions and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Business Analysis and Scope Coordination 10%:
• Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and technical teams to support requirement clarification, backlog prioritization, enhancement intake, story readiness, and alignment to in-scope agents, intents, workflows, and mobile integration needs.
• Ensure new or changed requirements, additional sub-intents, scope changes, timeline changes, or skillset changes are reviewed through the agreed change management process before delivery work begins.
• Documentation and Reporting 10%:
• Maintain project plans, sprint plans, status reports, RAID logs, dependency trackers, decision logs, meeting summaries, show-and-tell notes, release readiness trackers, and hypercare updates.
• Coordinate documentation sign-offs for functional design, technical design, test evidence, UAT defect closure, business approvals, and production deployment readiness as required by the project governance process.
• Track and report progress against agreed milestones, enhancement POD capacity, mobile integration work items, UAT support, defect fixes, go-live activities, and two-week hypercare stabilization.

Education / Experience / Other Information

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of project management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience managing Agile technology delivery programs involving chatbot, digital, AI / automation, platform integration, or healthcare technology solutions is preferred.
• Working experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog coordination, scrum ceremonies, release management, UAT support, and hypercare coordination
• Experience in the health insurance or healthcare technology industry preferred
• Experience coordinating platform integrations, APIs, test data, environment readiness, and third-party vendor dependencies preferred
• Proficient with project management, collaboration, reporting, RAID tracking, backlog management, and documentation tools
• Skilled in facilitation, planning, analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement processes
