General Purpose
To assist the Administrator in the direct the day-to day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.

Qualifications
Education/Certification/License
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge & Experience
- Familiar with an office setting.
- Work history in the healthcare industry.
- Computer proficiency, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
- Working knowledge of office machine operations, such as a photocopier and fax machine.
- Be able to work under pressure with interruptions
- Proficiency with written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with English composition rules of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Work well within the organizational structure and with inter-departmental relations.
- Be courteous and tactful when dealing with residents, visitors, families, and personnel.
- Proficient interpersonal relationships and communication skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Complete assignments timely, completely and accurately
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
