Compassionate, proactive, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our PRN clinical team.
Arbor Place is a physician-designed residential memory care community serving just 16 residents. Our small size allows nurses here to provide personalized, relationship-centered care while working closely with caregivers, physicians, and families.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Document resident care and clinical observations.
- Respond to resident needs and changes in condition.
- Assist with hands-on resident care as needed to support the care team.
- Assist with admissions, physician orders, and care plan updates.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Current Maryland RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in memory care, assisted living, long-term care, hospice, or geriatrics preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
