Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Veterinarian. The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to pets, treating and diagnosing illnesses, and performing veterinary procedures as needed. The Associate Veterinarian will also work with a team of veterinary professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, provide preventive care, and educate clients on pet health.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
- Must have a current Florida veterinary license or be eligible to obtain one
- Must have a DEA license or eligible to obtain one
- USDA Accreditation is a plus
- Excellent medical and surgical skills
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Passionate about providing exceptional veterinary care to pets
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development and learning
