Arbor Park Assisted Living is looking for a fun, compassionate, and dependable Life Enrichment Aide to help make each day meaningful and enjoyable for our residents.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job. We want someone who enjoys being around people—leading activities, going on outings, celebrating birthdays, planning events, playing games, and simply making residents smile.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun and engaging activities, games, crafts, exercise, and social programs
- Help plan parties, holiday celebrations, outings, and special events
- Bring creativity and new activity ideas to our Life Enrichment Program
- Spend meaningful one-on-one time with residents
- Encourage resident participation while respecting individual choices and preferences
- Adapt activities for residents with different abilities, including residents living with dementia
- Assist residents with mobility and other needs to safely participate in activities and outings
- Help with activity and event setup, decorating, serving, facilitating, and cleanup
- Document resident participation and communicate concerns or changes to appropriate team members
- Maintain activity supplies and Life Enrichment areas
- Work collaboratively with other departments to create a fun, welcoming environment for our residents
- Perform other Life Enrichment and resident-support duties as assigned
Who We're Looking For
Personality matters! We're looking for someone who is outgoing, upbeat, energetic, and has a great sense of humor. You should be comfortable starting conversations, leading a group, trying new things, and even being a little goofy when the occasion calls for it!
The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, dependable, creative, able to work independently, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with older adults.
Previous experience in senior living, activities, recreation, healthcare, hospitality, event planning, or a similar setting is preferred but not required. We are willing to teach the right person—the personality, reliability, and heart you bring are what matter most.
Schedule
Senior living doesn't stop on weekends or holidays—and neither does the fun! This position includes a rotating weekend schedule and holiday rotation, so applicants must be available to participate in both weekend and holiday programming as scheduled.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
