Contract / Project Manager

As a Contract /Project Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing project execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a balance of sales, operations, and relationship management, along with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly approach municipalities, businesses, and property owners to generate new opportunities for Arbor Masters
- Develop new leads through storm events and collected data to drive business growth
- Build and maintain contracts, proposals, and general client agreements
- Gather and analyze data related to job completion, subcontractor performance, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of service delivery
- Travel as needed (travel may exceed one month depending on project demands)
