We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
- Take orders accurately using POS ensuring efficient transaction processing.
- Engage with guests professionally to provide excellent customer service and enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage cash handling duties including cashiering and basic math calculations for accurate billing.
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy nights or events such as banquets or catering functions.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest behavior to promote safety.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly manner.
- Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and beverage preparation within the food industry.
- Knowledge of fine dining service, nightclub operations, banquet experience, or catering is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math applications, and accurate order processing.
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
